I had no reason to binge today.
I had the perfect opportunity to not eat and have nobody wonder why. There's nobody to wonder!
Ugh.
I am SO GOOD AT FAILING.
Food isn't even that good!
Why do I keep eating it!?
And getting fatter!?
I always feel good before I eat and terrible during and after!
It's just like a terrible habit.

...You need to...what's that thing I'm thinking....spread your food over the day! Yes! That's what I am thinking.
Like eat something for breakfast (even if you're not hungry) something for lunch. and something for dinner. And like snacks in between.
but make all meals small so it's like 6 small snacks...keeps your metabolism up! :)
Talk about the worlds biggest hyprcryt right here!! LOL.
But honest...I think that's the best way!!
