I'ma go switch my scales to pounds right now and see what my current weight is.
137.5lbs.
37.5lbs to lose.
I'm going to do it the unhealthy way.
At the moment I don't really care.
I'm going to weigh myself every day.
The first three days of every week I WILL fast. And then under five hundred calories for the rest.
